Here, the people are the church.

When you visit Calvary Revival Church Richmond, you can expect to find people praying and singing worship.  You can expect plenty of hugs and handshakes before you leave service, many from the kids before they leave for children’s ministry.

That’s right - there are a lot of kids.

The people here vary in age and interests. You’ll find college students, working professionals, married couples, parents, grandparents and anyone else in between.

We like variety here. You’ll hear it in our music, when you worship to the strumming of the acoustic guitar, the banging of the bongo drums, and the keying of the keyboard all in joyful harmony; or other times when we worship, using only our voices as the live instruments.

We embrace variety here.  We neither want nor need you to look like anyone else or sound like anyone else.  But, we do want you to feel welcomed. We want you to discover God’s plan for your life, and God’s plan for your family’s lives and for us all to discover God’s plan for the city.

Here, the people are the church, and we all feel hope – hope that God can do in us and in Richmond, what we could never do on our own.
